I've had a few requests to accept... well, requests to make certain recipes.

For example, Vermont does not have an affinity for deep-fried cheese curds as the Midwest. Therefore, I was asked to make them with Grafton cheddar curds.  Luckily, they were selling curds today - so I bought a fresh tub of them.  Look for my post on those over the weekend.

So let it be announced, that I am open for requests. If there's something crazy or fun you want me to test out, let me know. Just reply to this post and give me a deadline.

Next month, I will have a challenge for you - so stay tuned for that as well.
